The heart of the city provides an exciting backdrop to the learning experience at the college, and we strongly encourage students to use the many excellent arts, business, sport, music and heritage resources that are within easy reach.
Tutors regularly accompany students on visits to the Museum of Science and Industry, Bridgewater Hall, the Royal Exchange Theatre, the People's History Museum, Urbis and the Imperial War Museum North. |
We have close links to business in the city, and our good relationship with the Institute of Directors means that we are able to offer a scholarship to outstanding students each year.
Manchester is also home to some of the world’s greatest sporting attractions; these include Manchester United, Manchester City, Lancashire County Cricket Club, the Velodrome, Sportscity and the Aquatics Centre. |
