Abbey College Manchester has a successful history for providing GCSE, AS and A2 Easter Revision courses. 130 students from Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire and beyond attended in 2009.

Students were asked to fill in a feedback form after their revision course finished. We’re delighted to say that the key findings are:

  • 98% thought that the welcome to the college was excellent or good
  • 96% thought the venue and facilities were excellent or good
  • 99% thought syllabus coverage was excellent or good
  • 98% thought the tutors were approachable
  • 97% thought the pace of the revision classes was right
We will be running week-long subject specific classes during next year’s Easter school holidays. The dates for these will be announced nearer the time.

Specifically our programme is designed to help those who:
  • Don’t know where to start with their revision
  • Feel that they need to catch up
  • Need guidance on revising the right topics
  • Want to check, and be more confident about, their progress.

Our Easter Revision classes will:

  • Give past paper practice and feedback
  • Provide marking schemes and revision notes
