Abbey College Manchester welcomes external students to its revision classes.

Our revision classes will put you on track for success!

Dates for 2008 courses

Week 1 – 24th March
Week 2 – 31st March
AS/A2 courses £330, GCSE = £330, other GCSE = £165.

Our revision courses are designed to give you an overview of your exams, a structure for revision and thorough coverage of all the main topics. We present information in manageable 'chunks', with regular breaks, and pass on good working habits which we know from experience will lead to success.

	Give clear advice on exam technique
	Suggest effective revision techniques
	Let you get some practice and give you personal feedback on your work
	Provide revision notes, past papers and a written report home

Abbey College Manchester offers a variety of courses for external students:

All year	One to One Tuition	GCSE AS/A2 in all exam boards Students must block book 5 hours Reports are written by tutors
October	Information October to November 6-8pm	A chance to see the college and to meet the staff. Advice will be given on A-Level options, UCAS and Careers.
November	GCSE Revision day Saturday 9.30-5pm	Paper practice in preparation for GCSE mocks in Science and English.
January	AS/A2 Revision day	Paper practice in AS and A2 in Biology and Chemistry.
February	Medical and Law Seminars	A chance to listen to admissions tutors from universities across the country giving advice on how to get into university.
February	Information Evening 6-8pm	A chance to see the college and to meet the staff. Advice will be given on A-Level options, UCAS and Careers.
March	Information Day 11am-1.30pm	A chance to see the college and to meet the staff. Also useful to discuss Easter Revision courses.
April	Easter Revision	GCSE, AS and A2 week-long revision courses in all subjects covering subject tuition and paper practice.
April	SATs Revision day	Paper practice in English, Maths and Science for KS3.
