“I’m from Lagos and came over to study A Levels at Abbey College Manchester last September. The college is right in the centre of the city and it’s great because the other students are so friendly, the classes really small and the teachers very experienced.
My Aunt went to the college before me so it comes highly recommended. I plan to go to university and study Medicine and with the help of the college, I’m determined to reach this goal”

“I wanted to come to Manchester from my home in northern Nigeria because there are so many things to do and see, and I wanted to be close to the famous Manchester United football ground. The city is so lively and fun, and has lived up to my expectations. So has the college – the teachers are supportive and the quality of education I am getting extremely high. A Levels are hard work but I’m really enjoying my experience here.
I live in a private student flat with two other Abbey College students. The accommodation is nice, clean, has great facilities and is safe and secure. And it’s only a short bus trip away from the college.
I’m in the first year of my two year course and intend going to university here to do Medicine” |
