Abbey College Manchester students have been preparing for the upcoming exam season by focusing on their wellbeing and mindfulness. Some students took part in Tai Chi lessons to help understand self-healing, while others took part in meditation sessions. Everyone enjoyed the social breakfast put on by the Breakfast Club.
