GCSE/IGCSE

Small class sizes and high standards of teaching consistently produce good academic results that are well above the national average.

The college offers a unique and highly successful GCSE Programme that can be taken over 2 years, 18 months or one year.  It is suitable for both local and international students.

The one year course attracts local students who  :

  • Wish to transfer after completing the first year of GCSE (Year 10) at their current school
  • Have already taken their GCSE examinations and wish to retake some subjects to improve their grades
  • Have just relocated to the Manchester area

Students have dedicated and experienced personal tutors to oversee the successful completion of the course. Students of statutory school age (aged 16 and under) have timetabled Personal, Social and Health Education (PSHE) and sports.
