Abbey College Manchester Combined Studies Programme

Abbey College Manchester principal Liz Elam discusses the new Combined Studies Programme. The course is unique to Abbey College Manchester, and provides our students with a fresh and exciting alternative pathway to university. Taken over one or two years, the programme is an alternative to A-Levels and BTECs and designed to equip students for degree-level work with a three-unit programme made up of one mandatory and two optional subjects (each containing three units). The subjects can be chosen from: business; creative arts; economics; humanities; mathematics; physics; chemistry and biology.
